You have gained significant experience as a legal consultant for one of the most prestigious American consultancy firms, ‘Accenture’, offering your support in the management and analysis of the business processes of the Public Administration.

In 2020 he obtained the qualification to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Messina and began collaborations with various professional firms, carrying out his professional activity mainly in the field of corporate law or in legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies , in starting the business activity, in the regularization of members, administrators, control bodies and in the resolution of disputes with company creditors. She was responsible for: drafting contracts, agreements, private deeds and negotiation agreements; legal consultancy for the out-of-court resolution of disputes; condominium law and debt collection activities and finally employment law.

Currently, in GD Infrastrutture you hold the role of Lawyer in charge of Legal Affairs, mainly dealing with contracts in the Real Estate sector as well as assistance in the purchase/sale of real estate. You also carry out coordination activities in corporate areas and in extraordinary M & A operations involving the corporate group.
