Our history
Founded in 2013, GD Infrastrutture It is based in Rome and is controlled by the engineering company "BE Constructive Group", company made up of professionals in the design of civil engineering works at an international level. The dynamism of the team, with a staff made up of highly qualified young professionals who work mainly in the technical, administrative and legal areas - in addition to the production resources used in the construction of all the projects - has fueled a constant growth of the work portfolio. After a proven synergistic action in the various countries in the field of public infrastructures, the 'Real Estate' division was born and is gaining ground in the Italian real estate market, focusing on rapidly expanding cities, from Milan to Taormina.
Constantly committed to building modern and sustainable living spaces, GD Infrastrutture follows and coordinates all phases of its projects, from the study and analysis of the territory to the research area to be qualified, from acquisition to sale, up to the management of properties when required.
The company holds the Certificate of Qualification for the Execution of Public Works "SOA" n. 02751850047 issued by "Bentley SOA," in addition to certifications UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 for the quality management system e ISO 14001:2015for the environmental management system.
